What's the difference between the Job Search Strategy, Career Direction, and Career Strategy (Combined) sessions?
These are offered as separate, distinct options so clients can choose the scope that fits their situation. Job Search Strategy is for those who know what role they want but need a plan to find and apply for it. Career Direction is for those who aren't sure what's next. Career Strategy (Combined) covers both in one extended session, for clients who want direction and a search plan together.
How long does it take to get my resume back?
Turnaround time depends on the service and current volume, but most resume work is completed within approximately 5 days, or the window communicated at booking. Need it faster? Add the 48-Hour Rush Fee for guaranteed delivery within 48 hours.
Are sessions held virtually or in person?
All sessions are held virtually via Zoom but can be done in person by request.
What do I need to provide before a session or resume rewrite?
Typically your current resume (if you have one), a link to any job posting(s) you're targeting, and any specific concerns or goals for the session. Details are confirmed at booking.
Can I use my Job Search Support Pass sessions for anything?
Yes, the 4 sessions in the Support Pass are flexible and can be used for whatever comes up over the 3-month window, including interview prep, a stalled search, or a quick resume tweak.
Do unused Support Pass sessions expire?
No, if you haven't used one of your Support Pass sessions within the 3-month window, you can extend the window up to a year.
What's your cancellation or refund policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. Completed deliverables such as resume rewrites are non-refundable once work has begun.
